As soon as you load in from fast travel, look straight west to see the opposite side of the street from the Space Anchor. You should spot a large camera-like station there with a black cat drawing. That’s your goal!
Interact with that station and then select “I can’t wait any longer, action!” to start. Though you can also just ask what the Delusional Theater is, if you want to get a bit more info from Black Cat Instacam.
Either way, you’ll be warped to a photoshoot studio as soon as you finish the dialogue with Black Cat Instacam. At this point, the objective to “Enter Black Cat Instacam’s Delusional Theater Once” is completed!
Now, feel free to interact with the other Black Cat Instacam station in the studio, if you wish. It can let you set up things to create your own photoshoots. You can also talk to it to leave the studio.
