Enshrouded: How to Fix “Enshrouded.exe has crashed”

Verify the integrity of game files

One easy way to fix “Enshrouded.exe has crashed” without having to download anything is to verify the game files. You can do this directly on Steam, and you can fix it fairly easily too. First, you need to restart your computer and launch Steam as an administrator.

Once Steam has launched, click on your library and look for the game. Right-click on the icon and select properties from the menu that will pop up. In the new menu, select the “Installed Files” option, and then click on the “verify integrity of game files” option.

Check your RAM when playing the game

The RAM manages every task going on in your computer, including the games. Usually, Enshrouded crashes due to a lack of GPU power or not enough RAM to work properly in its current settings.
