Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel: Platinum Dragonmaid Guide

Platinum Dragonmaid Guide in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel

Before anything else, just keep in mind that while the deck isn’t as complicated as most metas, you still need a bit of finesse. It is by no means unstoppable, but what makes it fun to play is the fact that you can snowball resources which make it hard to counter.

The single win condition you have for the Dragonmaid deck is to overwhelm your opponent. You can do this by reviving your Monster Cards continuously and using card effects between turns.

Since this deck contains in-graveyard and in-deck summon effects, you can spam monsters with ease. However, the downside is that it can also be countered by banish effects.

From the name itself, the Dragonmaid deck is full of Dragonmaids who can transform into their dragon forms in the Battle Phase. This makes it relatively easy to summon Draglubion, even during the second turn. However, you’ll want to focus on House Dragonmaid and Sheou instead since they can enable quick board flooding.

When playing the Dragonmaid deck in the Platinum ranks, don’t be afraid to send your Dragonmaids to the graveyard. This is particularly true if your goal is to summon either of the two cards. However, just be careful of any cards that can disable spell/trap cards or even monster effects as they can wipe your important monsters.
