Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has trick locks and puzzle mechanisms in the game. It would be best if you opened them to carve a pathway forward and to progress through areas of the world. This guide will show you how to open a particular trick lock in the Pentalas Region.

Pentelas Region Unknown Device Puzzle Solution in Xenoblade Chronicles 3

Trick Locks or Unknown Devices are doors or gateways that have two large circles on top of the doors. To unlock them, you must slide the circles’ red orbs into the fixed green spots on the rims or top of the gateway.

The Trick Lock can be located in the northern part of the Pentelas Region. You will need to travel to the Cascade Ferronis Hulk resting spot to go there, and you will need a boat to reach the place.

Upon reaching the shore, go inside the cave, and you will see a metal door named an Unknown Device. To open the Trick Lock, you need to turn the left side clockwise once, the right side clockwise once, and then another clockwise turn for the left side.
