You can’t go on adventures and fight enemies on an empty belly. You need good food, and one of the ways you can get one is via Manana. In case you’re wondering, Manana is part of a 2-in-1 hero alongside Riku. As a chef, it will be her job to keep the party satiated.
Manana will be able to cook food for the party at Rest Stops. She will start with basic recipes early on in the game. However, if you want better food, you can also give her recipes. If you don’t know where or how to get new recipes for Manana, then this guide is for you.
How to Get New Recipes For Manana in Xenoblade Chronicles 3

In order to get new recipes for Manana, you will need to eat some food in every Canteen you come across. Each Colony that you arrive at, or any major location, will have its own Canteen Rest Spot. You will come across a new dish for every new Canteen you visit. Simply order a new dish once, and it will then be added to Manana’s recipe list.

There are several recipes out there, so make sure to order one as soon as you notice that it’s new. However, do keep in mind that once a recipe is added, Manana will alter its name a bit to make it Nopon-like. After all, she is a Nopon female, and this is her way of adding her own, personal touch to the recipes.
Not only that, but some Canteens might require you to grind some affinity first before you can even try out their dish.
