Well to increase your popularity, you will need to utilize your companions within the event area to perform a number of different tasks called wishes. This can be done through the Lodge Wishes option within the Wishing Stall.

Performing these tasks will increase popularity, and with that, also generate Operation Funds. Operation Funds are the primary currency you will need in the Wishing Stall. You can then use these Operation Funds to build and upgrade Stalls. Stalls in this game will also help you increase your popularity, and they will further increase your popularity when you upgrade them.

Performing Lodge Wishes

Lodge Wishes you can perform

You will find several different tasks that you can perform when you open up the Lodge Wishes section inside the Wishing Stall.

Building a team of companions to perform a lodge wish

After selecting a certain task, you’ll be able to assign companions to perform it for you. As highlighted in the image above, each task will have a certain stat requirement that you will need to fulfill. If the stats of your companions are sufficient for the task, you will generate more resources and have a better chance of scoring higher in the task.

Completing a lodge wish

Completing a task will then generate resources for you and increase your popularity.

Building & Upgrading Stalls

You can build and upgrade Stalls using the resources you generated through Lodge Wishes.

Building the Puppet Theater

Each Stall in this game will have its own unique benefits, and the amount by which they increase the popularity will also differ. You can build a stall using the Operation Funds you generate.

After building a stall, you can upgrade it to further increase your popularity. Stalls in this game have a max level of 5, and you won’t be able to upgrade them past it.

The Operation Lunar duo quest that unlocks after you build the puppet theater

Other than increasing popularity, building a stall will also unlock new event-related missions. Building the Puppet Theater for example will unlock the Operation Lunar Duo side-quest. For more on that, check out our full Puppet Theater and Operation Lunar Duo guide.

Completing these missions will unlock a companion that you can use with the Wishing Stall. Try to build as many Stalls as you can, as that will allow you to unlock several different companions. The more companions you have, the easier it is to increase your popularity.

So there you have it, a complete guide on how to raise the popularity to above 20000. Make sure you check out our guide on how to build the Plum Blossom Pole and complete the mission that unlocks after you build it.
