158 articlesThe Moon-Catch festival is a big part of Wuthering Waves‘ latest expansion and most of the quests you will get throughout the expansion will revolve around the festival. During the preparations for the festival, you will be tasked with building the Plum Blossom Pole structure.
Alongside progressing your preparations and popularity, the Plum Blossom Pole will unlock the “Under the Same Moonlit Sky” quest. So for our guide, we will be looking at how you can build the Plum Blossom Pole and complete the quest that unlocks through it.
Building the Plum Blossom Pole
To build the Plum Blossom Pole, you will need to make your way to the Wishing Stall. The Wishing Stall can be found within the event location. Building the Plum Blossom Pole will require you to have 60000 Operation Funds on you. If you don’t have enough for the structure, you will need to get the necessary amount by generating them through Lodge Wishes.
The Plum Blossom Pole will increase your popularity by 300, and give you 2 Bonus Wish Tags. Additionally, it will also unlock the “Under the Same Moonlit Sky” quest.

After building the Plum Blossom Pole, open up the quest menu to view the quest description for “Under the Same Moonlit Sky”. You can also track the quest from here by selecting the track option.
For the first part of the quest, you will need to make your way down to the Plum Blossom Pole structure and talk to Mingzhui and Lingyang. You can do this by interacting with an NPC that can be found at the Plum Blossom Pole.
Once you are done talking to them, Lingyang will travel to a different location. You will need to go to Lingyang and talk to her at the new location she is at. For this, you will need to make your way to a large tree around 100 meters away from the city. The game will provide you markers to help you get to this location, so you don’t need to worry about finding it.
Go through the conversation with her, and once that is done, you will have completed the mission. As a reward for completing the mission, you will unlock Yinglang as a companion for the Wishing Stall. Alongside that, the game will also give you a number of different items and resources
