There’s absolutely no hint given to you for this puzzle. Instead, you’ll have to do some knocking stuff down in order to reveal the right code that you need.
To be more specific, you’ll want to hop onto Seamus’s drawer on the corner and scratch the first picture frame on top of you. This will reveal a code lock that will allow you to open the door to the secret room with the right code.

This will reveal a cipher that you should translate via B-12. The cipher translates as “Time Will Tell”, indicating that the lab code you need has something to do with the clocks.
Just right above Seamus’s couch, you’ll see four wall clocks, each having a different time. You just have to read the short hand, and this will give you the code which is 2-5-1-1. Now, all you need to do is enter the code on the code lock. It will then open up a secret wall leading to the secret room just right next to it.
