Once done, bring the Poncho to Elliot to keep him warm. He’ll then thank you and tells you that you can see him if ever you need anything.
Talk to Elliot and ask him to repair the tracker which he’ll happily do. With the tracker fixed, head back to Seamus to progress the story.
