Make your way to the location of the red-robed Guardian that you initially saw when you entered the Slums. Turn left, while facing him, and descend the steps until you reach the musician. The paper bag can be found next to the musician against a pillar, and it will display a prompt when you get close to it.

You’ll get your head stuck if you press the corresponding button, which should cause the Curiosity Killed the Cat Trophy to be awarded to you. Keep in mind that your controls will be inverted while your head is stuck in the paper bag.
