There are a bunch of obtuse tasks that you can complete in the game’s areas, such as the one where you have to soak the foreman in the foundry. In this guide, we will be showing you how to do it!
Soak the Foreman Guide in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Remake
This one is actually extremely easy to do, as long as you know what you need to do and where to go. On the right side of the foundry, you will find the foreman wearing a white long sleeve shirt and hard hat.
To “soak” him, all you have to do is grind on the railings right behind him. This will cause your character to hit a switch along the way, which will activate the mechanism behind him, pushing him into the water in front of him.
In the image below, you will see the foreman and the controls that you have to grind over in the highlighted part. Again, just grind on the railing just before the controls to activate the hook behind the foreman.

That is really all there is to it. The only odd thing about this task is that your character does not show up in the cutscene at all, you just kind of disappear as it happens. It is a bit clunky in that regard, but the task itself is incredibly simple.
