Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is the brand new addition to the franchise. Set in a sprawling 2D world, it features many different collectibles.
There is a catch though, as these collectibles usually require solving a puzzle before you can get them.
Some of these puzzles can be tricky to figure out. One such puzzle is the Catacombs Treasure Puzzle. This guide aims to help you solve it as easily and quickly as possible.
Catacombs Treasure Puzzle Solution
There is one ability that you are required to have to solve this puzzle. This ability is called the “Shadow of the Simurgh”. Put simply, it allows Sargon to create a copy of himself at any location. This is how we will solve the Catacombs Treasure Puzzle.
Once you enter the puzzle room, you will notice a few things. Your primary focus should be thetwo stone faces visible close to the top of the room.
Our objective is to light both of these up. You will notice that they light up when Sargon is in front of them. The issue is that there are two of them, and Sargon can’t be in two places at once.
Or can he? This is where the Shadow of the Simurgh ability comes in handy. Simply wall jump to get in front of one of the stone faces, and use the shadow ability to make a copy of Sargon. Then, dash in front of the other stone face to light that one up.
Once you do this, the chest containing your reward will be revealed. Loot it to get the Shockwave Amulet.
This was our short and easy guide to solving the Catacombs Treasure Puzzle. Have fun with your new amulet, it’s pretty useful!
