Pax Dei is an online open world sandbox type of game that is currently in development. But you can find its Early Access version on Steam. The game is being made in Unreal Engine 5 so it looks pretty awesome.
And to top it all off, it features a vast world for you to explore which is filled with various kinds of creatures. To fight monsters, you will have to rely on your weapons. And leveling up your weapons increases their damage. So, this guide will show you an easy method to grind weapon levels.
How To Level Up Weapons Fast
Something else that can be quite useful in dealing with various monsters and mobs is magic. If you do not know how to get your hands on magic then check out this guide for more information: Pax Dei: How To Get Magic.
In the early days of the game, leveling up your weapons was much easier. Killing weak mobs like rabbits or boars would reward you with a lot of XP. But that is not the case anymore. Now, to level up your weapons faster, you will have to defeat stronger mobs. The stronger the mob, the more XP you will get.
The only problem with that is, stronger mobs are harder to kill and take a lot more time. But do not worry, as there is a method which is pretty easy to implement and can give you a decent amount of XP to level up your weapons. Although, it is a bit time consuming. The method is mentioned below:
Will’o’wisp Method
Will’o’wisp is a creature in the game that is level 90 and has a lot of HP. But the best thing about Will’o’wisp is that it does not attack you. It just floats around in a limited area. The only thing you have to do is just keep on attacking it until it is dead. And you will be able to gain a lot of XP without having to do anything else.
Where to find Will’o’wisp?
There are 2 main areas where Will’o’wisp spawns. Those areas are marked in the images below:
