Ninja Gaiden 2 Black is a sort of remake or remaster of a remake, which sounds weird to say, but this iconic series has had quite a bit of a complicated history with ports. Regardless, this release has been met with positivity, and it features all sorts of unlockable stuff like the Fiend outfit for Ryu. Here is a brief guide on how to get it!

How to Get the Fiend Hayabusa Costume | Special Outfit

Long story short, you can unlock the Fiend outfit by completing the game under the Path of the Master Ninja difficulty setting. Before you can do that, however, you will need to beat the game on any other difficulty setting first.

Having said all that, you must complete the game at the very least two times. Hopefully you brush up on your skills throughout your first playthrough, as Path of the Master Ninja is incredibly tough, especially if this is your first Ninja Gaiden game.

The outfit itself just makes it so that Ryu Hayabusa starts looking like one of the greater fiends of Ninja Gaiden. It is the opposite of flashy, but it does make him look like a terrifying demon. A fitting reward for such a punishing playthrough.

He also has red glowing eyes in this outfit. If you are looking for something a little flashier, the Dragon Muscle Suit outfit might be a better fit for you.
