The area you want to check for this objective is the Moby-Dick Bookstore, which you can find in the starting area of the game.
There, you’ll find a bunch of cheap decorative items. Simply browse the available items in the bookstore and buy one of them for roughly 4,000 Fons. This will automatically complete the Obtain Green Rarity Furniture objective.
Simply claim the rewards for doing so.
Once you’re done, open the City Tycoon menu and navigate to the Property section. Choose the Furniture Collection menu, then manually collect the sticker you just purchased.
This will then register the item into your furniture collection, allowing you to finish the Collect Furniture objective.
