Fastest Way to Raise Character Proficiency

The fastest way to raise the proficiency for any character in Storm Connections is actually surprisingly simple: just play online battles.

Completing an online battle with get you around 900 points of Proficiency for your character, which is much higher than the local battle average of 150 or so.

Besides, this method is also the most fun, as you’re actively engaging in battles with other players! It’s way more fun than grinding against the AI, that’s for sure.

If you’re unwilling or unable to play online, however, you should instead focus on playing Tournament or League Battles. These game modes will get you more Proficiency than standard Vs Battles.

The gains also increase more with higher difficulties, so try playing on the highest difficulty that you find bearable!

Additionally, you should aim to complete the many character-specific challenges. These can be seen at any moment from the Character Proficiency sub-menu.

These all involve performing certain techniques in battles or defeating a certain number of opponents, so you should complete them passively as you play battles.
