Build a Jib and Counterweight for the Crane Puzzle Solution in LEGO Bricktales
You can start this task by standing on the hammer hologram icon near Construction Worker Amelie. Press the X button to enter.
Once you enter, you will be presented with the working area. You will see the different parts that you can use with different numbers of pieces.
Start with the square piece at the bottom. Use one piece and attach it to the top of the stack of gray pieces.
Next, get a piece of the 6x wide bricks and attach its middle at the top of the yellow square. By this time, it should look like a capital “T”.
Then, get two pieces of the 10x long brick at the corner as shown in the picture. Attack both of them under the previous thick brick
It should look like this after you do this.
After that, get one of the gray squares and attach it to the top of the two thin bricks you placed earlier. Make sure it is positioned beside the thick brick at the top.
Look for the 6x thin bricks and get two of them. Place them at the end of the two thin bricks you attached earlier. Make sure you attach two dots for each. This should be how it looks now.
Now, get one of the 8x pieces with two dots. Place it on the gap at the top to complete the first part.
Time to add the piece where the crane will attach. Place it on the end of the last two pieces you placed. Once you added it get one of 5x thick bricks and place it on the right wing of your base. Make sure to leave four dots that are not connected.
This is how it should look like.
Get two pieces of the 4x thin, long bricks. Place them next to the brick you attached earlier. And then, get one of the 4x thick, long bricks and place it under the thick brick. Use the four dots allowance you left earlier to put it under it.
It should be looking like this by now.
Get a piece of the 4x gray, rectangular piece. Attach it to the top of the brick you just placed. Then get one gray square and add it to the space at the end.
Use one of the 3x thick, long bricks and attach it to the gray bricks you just placed. Then add two more bricks of the same type at the bottom of the same spot. So, it should look like this now.
To try it, press Simulate button and it will move with a weight on top.
