How to Find Sacred Well and Use Vial of Sacred Water in Qimah Reservoir in Path of Exile 2
If you’re already here, you’ve likely already found a Vial of Sacred Water or two. But, just in case, the Vials of Sacred Water drop randomly from enemies in the Qimah Reservoir zone. This is part of the Interlude after Act 4 and is connected to the Qimah zone.
The Vials of Sacred Water are unique green text items, as shown above.

Once you manage to get your hands on one of these vials, you’ll need to find the Sacred Wells in the area. These are hexagonal contraptions with a sort of pipe in the center, as shown above. They look more like fountains than wells, truth be told!
Now, the issue is that these Sacred Wells have varying locations due to the game’s procedural generation. As such, we can’t tell you where exactly to find them. However, you can at least use the image above as a reference. It at least lets you know what to look out for!
When you do find one of these Sacred Wells, just interact with it to bring up your inventory. From here, just select one of the Vials of Sacred Water you have. Your character will pour it into the well, filling it up slightly.
As a reward, you’ll get a rare crafting resource, such as a Chaos Orb or Exalted Orb!
That’s all you need to know to be able to use the Vial of Sacred Water for the Sacred Well point of interest at the Qimah Reservoir in Path of Exile 2. There should be multiple wells, so you just need to rinse and repeat the process for each one.
