How to Solve the Rotating Pillar Puzzle in GRAVEN

GRAVEN is one of those eerie first-person shooter games with the dark ages aesthetics hellbent on creating complex puzzles and mysterious pathways for you to uncover.

In this game you are tasked with solving these puzzles, exploring the environment around you all whilst discovering new weapons, upgrading them, and uncovering the dark secrets of heretic cults that plague the land.

In today’s article, we’ll give you a quick guide on how to solve one of these puzzles. The Rotating Pillar Puzzle in GRAVEN in just a few simple steps. Without wasting any more time, let’s get to it!

Location

To get to the puzzle in question, head on over to the Clotted Avenues. In the screenshot below you can find more detailed information on where this puzzle is located and how to get to it easily.

Starting the Puzzle

Now that you’ve found the puzzle’s location, approach the contraption and explore its surroundings. You will find 2 pieces of paper and 2 clues on how to solve this puzzle. Each piece of paper is located right next to the main mechanics to the left and the right.

Inspect the clues to get an idea of what you need to do next.

Levers

There are 3 levers that you can use. We will go from left to right. The leftmost lever is number 1 and the rightmost lever is number 3. Pull the levers in the following order to successfully solve the puzzle: 1>2>3>3>1>3>3

When you finish this, the pillar should look like the one in the screenshot below:

Remember that once you acquire the reward from this puzzle, the Turtle Key, you will have to defeat 3 enemies and then proceed to unlock the hidden treasure.

When you defeat the 3 rascals, head on over to your map and find the turtle icon on the map. It will also be in the Clotted Avenues to the left of your current location. See the screenshot below for more detailed info.
