In this guide, we will be going over the steps you need to follow in order to restore power to the arcade in the waterpark area of the game!
How to Do Restore Power to the Arcade in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4
As soon as you spawn in at the waterpark, head straight to the right and look for the glowing blue key above some rusty pipes. Jump immediately off to the rightmost corner, which is just slightly lower than the top point of the slides.
Follow the narrow wall and you will see the blue glowing item in the distance, which is the key that we just talked about. Approach it and either jump or grind on the pipes to grab the keys, which will also notify you that you can now access the arcade.
Once you have the keys on you, simply backtrack a little bit and jump down to the very bottom, where you will see a closed violet gate with a nearby fuse box that is constantly emitting sparks. This is the arcade, and you can restore power to it by just approaching it.

You should be able to see the arcade sign from up above too, so it is impossible to miss. In case you need more directions, it is just the building directly to your right as soon as you go down the water slides that you spawn beside.
And that is pretty much all there is to this extremely simple goal. This gives you access to a small extra place to do more tricks in.
