You will need to get Mastery Points to unlock skills known as Masteries in Granblue Fantasy: Relink, so it can be tempting to farm them to get strong fast.
Thankfully, the game actually features some quest types aimed specifically towards farming Mastery Points, as well as experience!
In this short guide, we’ll tell you what you need to do to farm Mastery Points as fast as possible.
How to Farm Mastery Points Fast
First of all: there’s no real point in even trying to farm Mastery Points until you reach the endgame content.
Up until then, you will get enough Mastery Points to reach the end of the Masteries skill trees by just playing the game normally.
So, if you haven’t beaten the story yet, just play normally and enjoy the ride!
If you’re already at the endgame and tackling higher-difficulty quests, though, read on.
Your best bet for farming Mastery Points in the endgame will be the Horde and Survival quest types. The higher the difficulty you can clear, the better!
Don’t bite off more than you can chew by going into a quest you have no way of beating yet, but do try to challenge the highest difficulty available.
New Horde and Survival quests will also unlock as you progress through the endgame and reach new difficulties.
These quests will pit you against literal hordes of enemies, which means you will rack up Experience and Mastery Points extremely quickly. Equip Fast Learner Sigils to speed things up even further!
To make things a little easier, here are some of the best farming quests and the difficulty at which they become available:
Bash the Goblin Hordes – Horde, Easy
Dagger Really Done Did It – Survival, Normal
Seeds of Trouble – Survival, Very Hard
Assault Formation! – Survival, Extreme
Slimepede – Survival, Maniac
As you might imagine, Slimepede is the most rewarding of these quests. But it won’t be available until after you reach Maniac difficulty, so keep progressing through the endgame until it unlocks!
Also, you’ll be fighting hordes of mobs. It’s a good idea to bring characters with strong AoE attacks, such as Io and Ferry.
Nonetheless, now you know which quests are the absolute best ones to repeat to farm Mastery Points fast.
Venezuelan gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
