Legendary tier gear is one of your main goals for character progression in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance.
As you might expect, Legendary gear is overall a lot stronger than all of the lower rarities. Fittingly, of course, it is also extremely rare and hard to get! But what methods are there to get that type of gear to begin with?
Well, we’ll answer that for you and more in this quick guide!
How to Get Legendary Weapon & Gear | Blue Protocol: Star Resonance

If you wish to get Legendary tier gear, your best bet is to head to the Unit X Research Facility in Asterleeds. At that building, you can take on the various Chaotic Realms once you’re at least Level 18.
These are dungeons you and other players can tackle together. Defeating the boss at the end of the dungeon will give you various rewards and lots of loot, as you would expect.

Most importantly, playing the Hard and Master difficulties of these dungeons has a chance to drop Legendary gear. You can see this in the Rewards section on the right side of the screen.
However, Legendary gear wouldn’t be Legendary if it were common! The drop chances are still fairly low, on top of being purely random. There are no guarantees that you’ll get Legendary gear at all, or that you’ll get something fitting your character.
That said, it does seem that higher difficulties have better chances. This includes higher Master difficulty tiers. So, ideally, stick to whichever is the highest difficulty you can beat.
Higher difficulties will unlock both as the server gets older and as you improve your character’s Ability Score.
Additionally, not all Chaotic Realms can drop every type of gear. If you want something specific, you’ll need to focus on specific dungeons!
To help you with that, here’s a quick list of what type of gear you can get from each Chaotic Realm:
| Gear Type | Chaotic Realm |
| Armors and Rings | Towering Ruin |
| Boots and Charms | Kanamia Trial |
| Bracelets | Dragon Claw Valley |
| Gauntlets and Earrings | Goblin Lair |
| Helmets and Necklaces | Tina’s Mindrealm |
| Weapons | Dark Mist Fortress |
Again, though, remember that drop rates are pretty low! You’ll likely need to do these dungeons dozens of times before you even get your first Legendary drop…
Aside from farming Chaotic Realms, there are also some other ways to get Legendary gear. They aren’t as good, generally speaking, but they’re still worth keeping in mind!
Other Methods

The first other method is to use the Monster Hunt feature. This allows you to track World Bosses, which have a chance to drop Legendary gear on kill.

What’s more, you don’t even need to open the Monster Chest you get from these bosses! So, you don’t need to worry about the daily Monster Keys when you want Legendaries. Just farm the bosses for their drops.

Additionally, you can potentially get Legendary gear from the Pioneer Awards at the Pioneer Bureau in Asterleeds.
Pioneer Awards aren’t the best source of Legendaries, but they do have a benefit: you’ll likely complete them every week anyway! As such, they’re a passive source of potential Legendaries. Remember to check these rewards each week, just in case.
So, there you have it! That’s what you need to know to get Legendary gear in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance. Ultimately, the best way is to just farm Chaotic Realm dungeons… and also be extremely lucky!
