You’ll eventually need to find a way to lure the bear animatronic, Freddy, out of the Security room in FNAF Into the Pit.
Similar to other animatronics in the game, Freddy seems to have kidnapped a child. Oswald, of course, decides that he should try to lure the animatronic away from the kid to rescue them!
In this guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to know to get Freddy away from the poor kid and out of the Security room during Night 4.
Find a Way to Lure the Bear
You’ll get the “Find a Way to Lure the Bear” objective near the end of Night 3 in FNAF Into the Pit. Similar to how you previously lured the rabbit out of the Arcade, you’ll need to use the bear animatronic’s weakness against it. The bear, Freddy, seems to be particularly annoyed by bright flashes of light. So, how about a Firecracker from Jet?
To get a Firecracker, first go to the Storage room within Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria.
Check the pile of gifts on the top left corner of the room to make a Toy Freddy fall out. Pick it up after it falls.
Now, go back to the ball pit in Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria to finish Night 3 and you’ll progress to Day 3. As soon as possible, visit the Library on Day 3. You can do it even before heading to school.
Talk with the kid out in front of the Library, Jet, and offer to trade him the Toy Freddy. He’ll graciously accept the trade and give you a Firecracker in return! A short scene will play out and time will progress to Night 4.
As always, dive back into the ball pit at Jeff’s Pizza once you escape from your house and return to Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria. Then, make your way to the Storage room once again.
Interact with the door leading to the Security room and a short scene should play out. Oswald will automatically let Freddy chase him, then use the Firecracker to short-circuit Freddy temporarily. Oswald will then rush into the Security room, completing the “Find a Way to Lure the Bear” objective in FNAF Into the Pit.
Venezuelan gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
