50 articles“Fix the Super Crane” is one of the many exploration quests in Arknights: Endfield, and it’s a fairly lengthy one.
At first, you’re tasked to just try to power up the Super Crane at Aburrey Quarry. It seems to be a simple issue with the Power Nexus, no biggie… but it ends up being way more than just that!
In this guide, I’ll help you through every step required for this quest.
Check the Super Crane Power Nexus
To start the quest, you’ll need to go to Lifter Central a t Aburrey Quarry and talk to Ramon. Follow him to check the Power Nexus.

Control the Lifting Cage to Progress and Go to the Archive
After the cutscene, follow the quest marker to interact with the lifting cage’s controls. Move it forward to reach another section of the quarry, then follow the path toward the Archive.
You’ll eventually reach a spot where 3 Aggeloi have cornered a person. Defeat the Aggeloi and rescue the person so that you can continue on your quest.
Hack the Security Device and Enter the Archive
After rescuing the person, you’ll learn that entering the Archive isn’t so simple. There are some reactive devices that are blocking your path forward. You’ll need to “hack” them to clear the path… and by “hack” I mean ”smack them in specific orders.”
Hit the device in front of you, then the one to your right. You’ll reach a spot with 4 numbered devices, which you need to hit in the right order to proceed.
To figure out the code here, check the memo on the bulletin board to the left of the devices. Pay attention to which letter the memo mentions as being the password here. In the example above, it’s the P-series!
You can see the letters and their codes scribbled on the nearby walls. To make things easier for you, here are the quick notes:
- J – 1324
- U – 3214
- P – 4231
You just have to hit the numbered devices in the same order as your letter’s code and you’re all set for this part!
Alternatively, if you’re not feeling like thinking at all, you can just blow up the devices, as shown in the clip above. It’s silly, but it works.
Either way, enter the Archive and interact with the glowing machine in the center to read its documents and continue the quest.
Return to the Lifter Central
With some new information in your possession, you just need to return to Lifter Central. You can teleport back there if you wish, then check the Power Nexus from earlier.
You now have the missing schematics, so you can easily solve the puzzle. You’ll get another cutscene at this point, but it seems the Super Crane is not quite fixed still…
Turn the Lifting Cage Right and Explore the Quarry Site
Next up, you’ll need to use the lifting cage’s controls again. This time, use the terminal on the left to turn the cage to the right.
Then disembark and follow the orange cable to find a nearby reactive device. Give it a good smack to make a bridge with some platforms.
After going over the platforms, get back down to find another reactive device. Hit it to be able to jump across and continue deeper into the quarry site.
Meet and Follow Penny
At this point, some steel sheets that formed a bridge will fall. Jump across the gap and then turn to your left to meet Penny. You now just have to follow her, using the reactive devices along the way to activate the various jump pads.
Find a Way to Climb Up the Super Crane
After you manage to catch up to Penny, you’ll need to keep climbing even higher up the Super Crane. As before, though, this just means following the marked path and using the reactive devices and jump pad along the way.
Once you reach the top of the crane arm, though, you’ll see that it’s full of obstructions. Time to clear them out in the easiest way possible: blow them up!
Pick up an explosive from the nearby canister and chuck it at the metal plate obstructing the crane arm. Then, take the rappel down and you’ll be back to where Ramon was. Talk to him and report the news.
Control the Crane Arm and Make a Path to the Deep Management Post
Now that the Super Crane seems to be almost ready, you only have a few things left to do.
To properly operate the crane arm’s controls, use the rightmost terminal 1 time. Then, use the leftmost terminal 2 times in a row. Perfect, now everything’s as it should be! Wait, what was that noise?
As soon as you position the crane arm properly, some Aggeloi will appear to attack the crew! Use the rappel to goback up to the top of the crane arm and talk with Ramon there.
After the conversation, quickly run down the crane arm to reach the Deep Management Post. Defeat all of the Aggeloi there to save the crew and finally finish this quest!
