Borderlands 4 just came out recently, and as with all of the other games in the past almost two decades, there will be a lot of grinding involved if you want to reach the maximum level, which might just go up over time as it typically does in older entries. In this guide, we will go over some of the things you can do to farm experience quickly as you go from 30 to 40!

Borderlands 4 – Best XP Farm (Level 30-40)

Getting as much experience as you can from level 30 to 40 is actually very simple. Simply find a spot where there are a ton of mob spawns that you can comfortably kill with your current gear, and then just keep farming that over and over again.

We cannot give you an exact spot as we have no idea what your best weapons are. For example, if your best gear has corrosive damage, then an area full of armored up Order enemies will be ideal. If you have gear that is strong against flesh, then rippers are your best target.

Another thing to consider will be to spam the bounty contracts that you will find on a board in pretty much any safehouse or hub area. These will vary from simple fetch quests where you collect materials from dead enemies, or bounties against powerful elites out in the world.

Your mileage will also vary depending on whether or not you have already completed the main story. There are various mechanics that can speed up the grind as you progress further, so take your time with the game and grind it out after the campaign.

That is really all there is to it. If you want, you could also try repeatedly fighting a boss that you can quickly defeat. Again, this will be highly dependent on your gear and play style, which will vary so much that it will be hard to give you a specific example to grind out.
