There are multiple VAC Indicators on the breaker box. Clicking on them makes them change their light’s color, but that’s about it. To solve the puzzle, you need to find the exact combination of lights and their proper order. Solving it will unlock the Gemstone Cavern facility!

Utility Closet Breaker Box Puzzle Solution | Blue Prince
First, you’ll need to find the random Utility Closet room during one of your forays into the manor. Once you find it, you need to complete the VAC Indicators puzzle. This can be an annoying puzzle, so make sure to carefully follow the step-by-step process here.

To start, click on all the VAC Indicator lights once so that they’re all green.
Then, click on the 1st light from the left four times until it turns red. The indicator to its right will also turn blue.
Following that, click on the blue indicator next to the previous light until it turns red.
Repeat that until all lights are purple.
Next, click on the 4th light from the left to turn it white.
Now, click on the rightmost light (6th from the left) until it’s red.
After that, click on the 5th light from the left until it’s red.
Then click on the 1st light from the left twice to turn it off.
Lastly, click on the 3rd light from the left until it’s green. The finished puzzle should look like the screenshot above. From left to right: off, blue, green, white, red, purple. The elevator will start moving once you input the right sequence.
When the elevator stops, check behind the breaker box to find a large switch. Flip it over to unlock the Gemstone Cavern back at The Grounds. This facility will allow you to start every run with 2 Gems in your possession, which is pretty handy.
