Fungal Wood isn’t that hard to find, though you’ll have to go underwater to farm this resource. Specifically, the best farming spot I can recommend is on coordinates 66.0, 79.0. There, you just have to dive down, and you should immediately see lots of fungal wood.

As with normal wood, you need to use your hatchet to harvest as many as possible. Since you can find lots of these mushroom-cap-looking wood, you should be able to get as many fungal woods as you’d like.
As for the Aberration mushrooms, you can find plenty of them in the Swamp biome which is the huge island on the middle left portion of the map. Specifically, you can harvest a lot of these mushrooms on coordinates 45.1, 15.5.
