Prestige System Explained | Rewards and Restock Turrets in Aliens Fireteam Elite
The idea behind the new Prestige System is pretty simple. You unlock the new Prestige Ranks upon reaching level 20, and from there, any experience points you get will go toward your Prestige Rank. You start at Prestige Rank 1 and level up all the way to Prestige Rank 100. The higher your level, the more rewards you can get.
Basically, each time you gain 10 Prestige Levels, you will unlock exclusive rewards such as decals, emotes, gun colors, outfits, and more. You can also get new nameplates as some sort of bragging rights to show to other players.

Meanwhile, the newest game mode which is known as Restock Turrets is a form of a tower defense game. In this new game mode, you will have turrets that you have to restock continuously in order to fend off waves upon waves of Xenomorphs. The more waves you can defend against, the better the rewards you can get.
