The first thing you should do after you get an Exoskeleton in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is to look for the location of a Technician who can work on it.
Most Technicians in the game can only work with basic gear and weapons, however. Simply put, Exoskeletons are too advanced for them to deal with. You’ll need to find an expert Technician instead!
In this short guide, we’ll tell you where to find a Technician who’s able to repair and upgrade your Exoskeleton.
Exoskeleton Technician Location
As far as we’ve found, there’s only one location with a Technician who seems to be able to upgrade your Exoskeleton in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. To find this Technician, you have to go to Yaniv Station in the Yaniv region, shown above. It’s directly north of Rostok.
Look around the southwestern corner of the station to find Harpy’s shop.
Talk with Harpy and select to upgrade your equipment to have her look at your gear. Then simply select the Exoskeleton you wish to upgrade or repair.
Upgrading the Exoskeleton works pretty much the same as upgrading a weapon. Sadly, though, we can confirm that there are still no Night Vision upgrades or anything of the sort. Much to the dismay of veteran STALKER players, there still doesn’t seem to be any Night Vision equipment in the game…
Do note that it’s possible that there might be another Technician with the same ability to work on Exoskeletons as Harpy. However, Harpy is the easiest to reach and the first one you can meet.
Nonetheless, now you know the location you need to visit if you want to have a Technician work on your Exoskeleton in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl! If you still don’t have an Exoskeleton, though, consider picking up the Cuirass Exoskeleton. It’s a fairly easy one to get, all things considered.
