If you need a trader in this region, read on to learn more!

Since trading is not allowed within the base, you can ask around and you will eventually learn about Quiet. He can be found just a little south of the base, so you just need to walk back out and make your way there.

Check the map image below for reference. Basically, his camp just a bit of a short trek away from the faction’s main base.

The only thing to keep in mind is that you are going to have to do a bit of platforming on top of train cars to avoid falling into the river. Just follow the path south and take your time regenerating stamina in between jumps.

Eventually, you will make it to the other side of the river and you should spot a door with a light above it, which is often guarded by a random NPC. This is the final stretch, so just make your way inside.

In the building, you should find Quiet at his desk in one corner. Not only is he a trader, but he can also give you a certain side quest that you can complete at your leisure. As for his offerings, this might be different for each player, so you will just have to check for yourself!
