Genshin Impact: All Huitztli Hill Luxurious Chest Puzzles’ Solutions

The Huitztli Hill area in Genshin Impact is home to a bunch of valuable treasures, with some of the most valuable ones being Luxurious Chests. There are exactly 4 Luxurious Chests in Huitztli Hill, and all of them are filled with amazing loot.

Our guide will be looking at the exact location of each Luxurious Chest in this area. Alongside that, we will also be looking at what you need to do to get these chests. So without further delay, let’s get straight into it.

All Huitztli Hill Luxurious Chest Puzzles’ Solutions

Luxurious Chest #1

The first luxurious chest can be found just south of Huitztli Hill, right underneath its great cliffs. Here you have to approach a small makeshift camp, held together by tall wooden beams, and talk to an NPC named Chuno inside.

Exhaust through his dialogue and he will tell you that if you give him 4 “Iridescent Inscription Fragments”, he’ll pay you. This payment will be in the form of a luxurious chest, so hand over the 4 fragments to receive your first luxurious chest.

Luxurious Chest #2

The second luxurious chest is located near the long stream of water, north of Huitztli Hill. Here you have to go to the wood and stone structures and complete a small puzzle of sorts to unlock the chest.

You will need to transform into a Yumkasaur and interact with 3 underground enemies, which will all be close to one another. You won’t be able to see these enemies, as only a small crystal above the surface will be visible. Grappling the crystal above these enemies will make them move towards a large boulder close to the center of this area.

Once you interact with all 3 Underground Creatures, the boulder, surrounded by the 3 slabs of rock, will break and reveal a beautiful formation of other-worldly crystals. This is where you can start a Night’s Trial. The second luxurious chest will be right in front of the magnificent crystals. Just interact with it to enjoy your reward.

Luxurious Chest #3

The third Luxurious chest is located on the South-West side of Huitztli Hill.

When you get to this area, you’ll be able to see a structure with a large door blocking your way into it. Entering this structure will require you to use the “Natlan Shrine of Depths” key.

Luxurious Chest #4

The fourth and last luxurious chest can be found on the southeast side of Hutztli Hill, right underneath a cliff. Here, you’ll have to complete the 3 Monetoo puzzle to gain access to the last luxurious chest.

To complete the first part of the puzzle, glide down from the top of the cliff and follow the orangish metallic spirit to the small river underneath. You can find another one of these spirits at the lower end of the waterfall, near the rafts. Go to its location, so you can start following it when it heads down a particular direction. Follow it to the end of its destination to complete two-thirds of the puzzle.

Lastly, go back and turn left to reach the end of the small river.  Here on the left of the river, there will be a few bandits facing a wall with a particular pattern engraved on it. Defeat the bandits and then transform into a Teptelisaur, so you can barge into the wall and break the square-like pattern or markings.

The last of the three spirits will now appear. Follow it to the top of the river and defeat the bandits hanging around here to complete the puzzle. The wall in front of the river will now surprisingly open and reveal a room hiding away not just one, but three treasure chests! Two of these are Exquisite Chests, while the big one in the middle is a Luxurious Chest.
