Genshin Impact: Look Around Nearby for a Way to Repair the Spiritdoors | Stride on Rainbows, Split the Waves

You’ll need to collect 3 Shiny Shells to complete the “Look Around Nearby for a Way to Repair the Spiritdoors” objective in Genshin Impact.

These Shiny Shells might be magic, so they’re the only way to repair the Spiritdoors. You need to repair those to complete the “Stride on Rainbows, Split the Waves” quest, too. You get one Shiny Shell by completing objectives during the quest, but you’ll need to hunt the other 2 yourself!

Look Around Nearby for a Way to Repair the Spiritdoors | Stride on Rainbows, Split the Waves Quest Guide

As we mentioned before, you’ll need to find every Shiny Shell to complete the “Look Around Nearby for a Way to Repair the Spiritdoors” objective. This is all part of the “Stride on Rainbows, Split the Waves Quest” quest in Genshin Impact, which starts in the location marked above.

To get the first Shiny Shell, talk with Rongo at the quest start location. Help him scare the Flowcurrent Birds off the area and clear his surfing challenge. He’ll reward you with your first Shiny Shell.

The second Shiny Shell location you should go to is on the water near Rongo. Look for a surfboard on a rock west of Rongo and you spot the golden glow on top of it.

Jump onto the surfboard and interact with the glow to get the Shiny Shell.

For the third Shiny Shell location, climb the mountain east of Rongo and approach the Teleport Waypoint. Use the map above for reference.

Deal with the enemies near the Teleport Waypoint quickly and then approach the large rock with graffiti on it. You should notice the golden glow here in front of the stones. Just like before, interact with the glow to pick up the Shiny Shell. This should be your third and final Shiny Shell, counting the one you picked up before and the one you got from Rongo!

Now, interact with the stone near the third Shiny Shell. Select the “Place” option when you’re in front of the stones to slot the Shiny Shells into the stone. This will complete the “look around nearby for a way to repair the Spiritdoors” objective for the “Stride on Rainbows, Split the Waves Quest” quest!

You can now return to Rongo to do one more surfing challenge and complete the quest.
