World of Warcraft War Within has a ton of questlines that you can play through, one of them being the “Greieve and Weave” questline. “Grieve and Weave” is a relatively short questline, as there are just 3 quests in it.
All of the quests in this questline are centered around Arax’ne and Klaskin, a newlywed Nerubian couple. So what is your role in this brand-new marriage?
Well in this guide, we will be looking at how to complete all 3 quests in the “Grieve and Weave” questline.
Grieve & Weave Questline Guide
You can start and finish all 3 “Grieve and Weave” quests within the Umbral Bazaar area. The map above shows the exact location of where the quest line takes place. While the “Greave and Weave” questline is pretty short, WoW War Within has a bunch of cool questlines that you can find and complete. One such questline is “The Last Mage of Hallowfall” questline.
Quest #1 – Searching The Web
The first quest in the “Grieve and Weave” questline is “Searching The Web”, and you can start this quest through Arax’ne. Your objective for this quest is pretty simple, as all you need to do is find Arax’ne’s husband Klaskin.
Klaskin will be located on the other side of the Umbral Bazaar area, and the game will provide you with a marker for his exact location. After you find Klaskin, interact with him to end the quest and claim your rewards. Completing this first quest will reward you with 2 Gold Coins and 34 Silver Coins.
Quest #2 – Klaskin’s Great Escape
Once the first quest is done, you can interact with Klaskin again to start the “Klaskin’s Great Escape” quest. Your objective for this quest will be to return Klaskin home to his wife. This quest will take the lion’s share of your time in this questline, as you will need to slowly guide Klaskin while he tries to avoid being spotted.
So after accepting the quest, interact with Klaskin and select the “<Motion for Klaskin to follow you>” option. Selecting this option will allow you to call Klaskin to where you are standing.
You can make Klaskin follow you by clicking on the thumbs-up icon on your screen. The image above shows the icon you will need to use. When using this command, you will only be able to move Klaskin a short distance. If you go too far from him, the command will not work. The following command also has a short cooldown, so you will need to wait a bit between each usage.
Another thing to note is that Klaskin will only move in a straight line. If an object is blocking his path, he will not move towards you. So if he doesn’t respond to the follow command, try changing the place where you are calling him from to make sure nothing is blocking his path.
The quest will automatically end when you arrive in front of Arax’ne with Klaskin behind you. You can then claim your rewards for completing this quest through Arax’ne. Completing this quest will earn you 23 Gold Coins and 40 Silver Coins.
Quest #3 – Dont Cry For Me Azj-Kahet
If you come back to the location where you left Arax’ne and Klaskin, you’ll find a crumpled page wrapped around a small key. The crumpled page that you find here is a note from Klaskin’s journal, letting you know what might have happened to him. In this note, Klaskin talks about him fearing for his life as he feels Arax’ne might kill him by following the ancient Nerubian tradition of the wife eating the husband after marriage.
Well what he feared actually happened, and the note being at this location is an indication of that. Alongside all that, Klaskin also asks the person who finds the note to kill Arax’ne as revenge for his death. So for the “Don’t cry for me Azj-Kahet” quest, you will need to kill Arax’ne. Arax’ne can be found inside her house, and her house is the building next to the place where you found the note
As soon as you enter the house, Arax’ne will be hostile towards you. In addition to her, you will also need to fight 2 more Nerubians. So be ready for a fight when entering Arax’ne’s house.
After defeating the 3 Nerubians, you can claim your rewards for completing the quest by looting the chest containing Klaskin’s possessions. This chest will have a yellow exclamation mark above it. Completing this quest will earn you 23 Gold Coins, 40 Silver Coins, “Love’s Last Grasp”, and “The Weaver’s Commendation”.
