SnowRunner: How to Unlock Phase 8 Season 8 Maps

The 2020 Offroad Simulation Game Snow Runner enters its second year with style as it kicks off with Season 8 Grand Harvest which promises new maps and content in the DLC which launched last October 13.

Saber Interactive did a complete 180 on this one. While runners were expecting the next phase to be more intense than Season 7 Compete and Conquer, Snow Runner shifts gears as it goes back to its Offroad roots with Season 8 Grand Harvest.

The Game sets you in the farming community of Belozersk Glades in Central Asia. Here, you will have to complete different tasks to get the farming community up and running.

Don’t let the theme put you off though, even if it’s not flashy as say, Offroad racing, this season is as challenging and enjoyable as previous seasons.

In this guide, we will walk you through how to unlock the areas in the new map as you set out and explore the Grand Harvest in Snow Runner.

How to Unlock Phase 8 Season 8 Maps in Snow Runner

Once you have the DLC Installed, head over to the crossroads. This is the only area unlocked on your map. To Unlock More areas, you will have to do different tasks to gain access to map areas and other game content.

Ready your winch and do the Beast Rising Task

Activate the Beast Rising task from your menu. Here, you will have to tow the abandoned Kirovets K-700 Tractor from the scrapyard to your garage. Doing this will unlock the warehouse and the Tractor.

Try your hand at farming while doing the Sample Field task

Grab the cultivator and attach it to your tractor and head out to the sample field. Afterwards, you will need to get the planter from the trailer store to seed the cultivated field. The last task will be to harvest your crops.

Look for the harvester located North of the sample field. There will be a map indicator of where the harvester is located.

 Doing these tasks unlocks the field area, potato produce, the trailer store and all the new map areas in the Grand Harvest.
