Saints Row: How to Get and Use the Spiderweb Wingsuit

The simple fact of the matter is: you have access to the wingsuit immediately in Saints Row.

You just aren’t really told about it, per se, until later on when it becomes useful for a mission. However, you’ll need to access a particular shop location to be able to change this to the ‘Spiderweb Wingsuit.’

So, all you need to do to get and use the wingsuit in Saints Row?

Just complete the tutorial missions until you’re free to roam Santo Ileso.

This, however, doesn’t net you the coolest-looking wingsuit it could. You’ll need to find a shop point location to customize this, with different options – including a “spiderweb” wingsuit.

Using the wingsuit itself is pretty straightforward – when you’re in the air, hit the ‘jump’ button to pop it open. While flying, you can adjust or change your direction mid-air with the directional buttons, or come down for a landing with the ‘brake’ button. Takedowns can be performed on enemies using the ‘aim’ button.

When close to a vehicle you can even land on the roof by hitting the prompt when it appears.

It might take some time to get used to the wingsuit and how it functions – you need to first ensure you’re falling or in the air from a high point. These can include locations like towers, skyscrapers, or upon exiting a helicopter or aircraft.

Now, what if you want to jazz up the wingsuit a bit – feeling more goth, perhaps?
