At some point in the game, you will have to expand your university. Doing so will let you accommodate more students and add more amenities. Of course, you need to have the resources to pull this off. Aside from that, there are also certain factors you need to take into account prior to an expansion.

Luckily, expanding your campus isn’t that complicated. All you need to do is follow the steps I’ll outline in this guide.

How to Expand Your Campus in Two Point Campus

The basic mechanic behind campus expansion is to purchase new plots to further expand your grounds. In order to do so, you simply have to click on the Management View button in the lower left corner of the screen. Doing so will give you a bird’s eye view of your entire university.

In this tab, you also have the option to purchase new plots which you need to expand your university. Regardless if you didn’t buy the plot yet, you will still be able to see it. Also, you’ll be able to see a list of available plots for sale on the left side of the screen as well as their respective prices.

However, before you actually expand your campus, you should consider a few things first.

When is the Right Time to Expand

The price for the new plot is just one of the many factors you have to consider before expanding your campus. Before you even think about expanding, first make sure your university is operating properly.

This is because you will need to earn enough income to fund the various aspects of your university such as facilities, amenities, dormitories, staff, and more.

Better yet, don’t focus too much on expanding, and take your time while doing so. Instead of spending your money to buy a new plot, spend it on making your current campus a lot better. This means making your students happier, improving their overall quality of life, adding new facilities, and more.

Once you have more than enough funds and your students’ needs are taken care of, only then should you think about expansion. Also, you have to make sure that you can afford the new facilities that you will be adding to your new plot.
