Ghost Recon Wildlands: How to Solve Error code ribera-40002
For about a few months now, Ghost Recon Wildlands players have been reporting this error when trying to access the game online. Finally, after a long wait, Ubisoft addresses the situation.
This error pops up while you are logging in to your account for online play, a few months before that, people have been complaining about stat reset and rollback when their servers go down.

As many players started having the same problem, game forums have been filled with questions and complaints about this error and some tried a few workarounds to get it fixed.
From tweaking their routers to even reinstalling the game itself, nothing seems to work. Things managed to settle down as some players managed to get the game running until early this week when the problem resurfaced.
This time players posted their problems on social media platforms like Twitter to voice their complaints.
Ubisoft has addressed the complaints stating that they are aware of the problem and are currently looking into it. In the meantime, the Ubisoft team suggests restarting the game as a potential Workaround as it seems to have temporarily fixed problems for some players not being able to go online.
Last August 4, Ghost Recon Wildlands servers went down for maintenance. Afterwards, reports kept coming in for players not being able to log in, especially on servers 1, 2, and 3.
For now, Ubisoft has come out with a statement that they are still working on the ribera-40002 error code and would try to have it fixed as soon as possible.
