Early in the game, you are introduced to your very first supplier, who will sell you seeds to different strains of marijuana. Later on, when you have improved your relationship with him, you can now meet them at the mayor’s house. Here is how to find it.
Mayor’s House Location
Once you have gotten close enough to your very first supplier, who sells you the very first type of drug that you can produce in the game, you will be offered the opportunity to meet them in person. When you use this option, they will appear beside the mayor’s house for the next few hours.
There is no marker on the compass for this, and the mayor’s house is not exactly labeled in the map. However, if you scroll around near where the casino is in the map, you will see a “supplier meeting” icon. This is where you will find the mayor’s house.
All you need to do is walk over there and check beside the wall to the north. The supplier will have a small makeshift setup there, and he will let you buy any of the seeds he normally sells without a buy limit.

Basically, this lets you stock up on a ton of seeds as long as you have enough cash with you on hand. Unlike how you normally get seeds, which is through dead drops that take several hours to set up, you can just instantly buy them this way.
That is basically all there is to it. Whenever you get the opportunity to meet with a supplier in person, just look for the “supplier meeting” icon on the map. With how small the game’s map currently is, it will be insanely hard for you to not find it, as in you would need to be doing it with your eyes closed.
When you have made it to this point, it is safe to assume that you are also close to or have already gotten the next supplier, which sells you the materials needed to cook and sell meth.
