Where to Find Bloodcap Mushrooms
There are two main places where you can find Bloodcap Mushrooms. First, let’s go over the easiest one of the two to find: the autumn forest. You can tell this one apart on the map thanks to the orange and red trees.

The autumn forest is home to a lot of different mushroom types. While rare, the Bloodcap Mushrooms are one of the mushrooms that can spawn here. So, if you’re lucky, you can get some in the forest.
What makes the autumn forest a good spot to check is simply how accessible it is. It’s one of the starting biomes, so you can reach it pretty early in the game. If you need Bloodcap Mushrooms ASAP, this is your best bet!
Besides that, the other place you want to check is the muddy sand area within the Howling Sands region. There’s an example of one such area marked on the map above.
You can reach this biome a tad later into the game, so it takes longer to find than the autumn forest in general. However, Bloodcap Mushrooms are much more common here! You should have no trouble finding groups of them.
So, there you have it. To get Bloodcap Mushrooms in Hytale, check the autumn forest or the muddy desert biomes. The latter has more mushroom spawns, but the former can be found earlier. It’s as simple as that!
