One of the new missions in Season 3 of Warzone 2 DMZ requires you to explore a sunken ship that holds a unique key.

Unlike most keys in DMZ, this key does not randomly spawn in containers or from killing enemies. That’s because this key is specifically tied to its specific mission and has a set spawn area.

In this guide, we’ll tell you where to find this special key!

This key is tied to the Dark Waters mission which is a new mission from the Redacted faction in Season 3.

You will need to head toward the sunken ship on the southeastern point of the map in Sariff Bay. It’s a large ship, so it’s easily visible from your map.

Also, make sure you obtain the Rebreather before you head there. You will need to dive into the water to explore the sunken ship and you’re certain to drown without extra air.

Approach the ship on a boat and you will see the bow sticking out of the water.

Get off your boat and dive into the water and you will see a massive hole in the ship’s hull. Swim through it and you will be in a flooded cargo area. Visibility is quite poor here sadly!

Swim through the cargo and debris, making your way toward your left from the moment you go through the hole.

Inhale from your rebreather whenever you start to run out of air, but keep an eye on how many uses you have left.

Basically, keep swimming toward the back of the ship. You will find a table at the very back, which is where the Cartel Warehouse Key is located. It emits a blue glow like every other key, so it should be easy to spot.

Approach the table, pick up the key, and start swimming out of the shipwreck! That’s all there is to it.
