This key is, thankfully, one of the most straightforward ones to use. As its name tells you, you need to go to the Town Hall in the Buried City map. It’s close to the very center of the map, as you can see on the screenshot above.

ARC Raiders: Where to Find Turbine CompressorApr 30, 2026To use the key, just go up to the main entrance. It’s on the northern side of the building itself, as you can see on the clip above. Just walk up to it and interact to use up your key! Now, just go in and start looting the place clean.
As usual, though, keep in mind that keys are one-time-use only. It will be spent on use. If you want to open the Town Hall again, you’ll need to get another copy of the key!
As for how to get the key itself, it’s pretty random. You can get it whenever you search containers, especially within Residential areas!
Of course, the keys aren’t exclusive to those areas. But they do seem to have the highest spawn rate for keys, based on players’ reports.
