Shoma’s Somnium takes place in Shoma’s or his father’s residence. In case you’re wondering, Shoma is a character in the game. You will be playing as Tama who is an AI who helps the protagonist Ryuki.
That said, here are the locations for the eyeballs in Shoma’s Somnium:

After going through the entrance, look back at the door. You should find the first eyeball just floating in front of it.

From the entrance, head straight to the living room. The second eyeball is just right next to the drawer, lying on the ground.

The third one is a bit tricky. For this, you need to interact with a hanging coat by the window. You will have to choose from the three different options available. For this, you need to choose Joke in order to see Shoma.
A cutscene will start playing, and you will eventually see Shoma’s house model. You just need to interact with it, and it will then change the scenery. After it’s done, you’ll then find the next eyeball on the left door.

Go back to the living room and head to the window on the right side of the room. You should be able to see the eyeball outside of the window.

As for the final eyeball, you have to reach the final stage. There, head over to the back side of the huge TV stand. You will then see a weird formation on the ground. Make sure to stand at the center and press the X/A button for the final eyeball to appear.
