On September 28, Terraria received a new update, adding new items and content to the game. The 1.4.4 version patch places a lot of emphasis on enhancements to the balance and quality of life. It also adds new decorations, blocks, the Shellphone, and many other things.
The Town Slime Pets are one of the recently added features, and we’ll teach you how to get all of them.
How to Get All Town Slimes in Update 1.4.4 in Terraria
Town pets and town NPCs are the same in Terraria. When establishing a Pylon network, you can use them. Before, spawning a Town Pet merely required purchasing a License from the Zoologist. You can purchase a dog license, cat license, or bunny license from the Zoologist for five gold coins each.
When a license is used, a random breed of that pet will hatch and appear the following day at dawn. Town Slime pets have been added to the game; specific tasks must be completed in order to get them.
Collecting All Town Slimes
There are 8 Town Slimes available for you to acquire.
Nerdy Slime
After you kill King Slime, you can get the Nerdy Slime.
Diva Slime
You can obtain the Diva Slime by launching a Sparkle Slime Balloon into Shimmer.
Surly Slime
For the Surly Slime, you must fish while there is a blood moon.
Squire Slime
Simply hurl a copper helmet or a copper shortsword in the direction of a slime to get the squire slime.
Elder Slime
You can get the Elder Slime after defeating the Skeletron and using a Golden Key to open an Old Shaking Chest in the Cavern Layer.
Mystic Slime
A Mystic Frog can be found in the jungle. To get a Mystic Slime, apply a Purification Powder to the Mystic Frog.
Clumsy Slime
In the Space Layer, next to the floating islands, you can find the Clumsy Slime floating with a balloon. Attack the slime to release it.
Cool Slime
When there is a naturally produced Party, you can obtain the Cool Slime. The Party Center does not work.
