Splatoon 3: How to Get Catalog and Catalog Rewards

When you reach level 4 in this game, just visit Harmony’s General Shop. There you can unlock the Catalog.

If you want to quickly level up your character, you can play Turf War games and the levels of your Catalog will increase.
