One of the easier activities you may come across in Wuthering Waves asks you to use Intro Skill damage to immobilize an enemy one time. While the objective sounds straightforward, it can be confusing if you’re unfamiliar with how the game’s combat mechanics work.

Here’s exactly how to complete it.

The challenge itself is very straightforward. You literally just need to trigger your intro skill to immobilize any of the enemies you’re currently fighting. Depending on what characters you use and how strong your team is, you can probably get this done in a single try.

Basically, you need to make sure your Intro Skill depletes an enemy’s Vibration Strength. This is the white bar located beneath their HP. When this bar is completely drained, the enemy becomes Immobilized, which then leaves them vulnerable to follow-up attacks.

Vibration Strength Wuthering Waves

The easiest way to achieve this is to weaken an enemy’s Vibration Strength. You can do this with the help of your normal attacks, Skills, or Heavy Attacks. Once the white bar is nearly empty, switch to another Resonator to trigger an Intro Skill and let that attack deal the final bit of Vibration damage.

If the Intro Skill is what empties the remaining Vibration Strength, the objective will immediately count as completed.

Make sure not to defeat the enemy before breaking its Vibration Strength, especially when fighting weaker foes.

The Best Way to Complete the Objective

One tip I could recommend is using the Spectro version of Rover. This seems to be the “best” choice for this as literally everybody has access to it.

Also, the most reliable method is to fight an elite enemy or another target with a larger health pool. After all, these enemies can survive long enough for you to carefully lower both their HP and Vibration Strength without accidentally defeating them.

If you still can’t get it done for whatever reason, consider using a character that does not deal heavy damage on their Intro skill.

After you’ve successfully immobilized an enemy, the objective is then marked as complete. This will then allow you to claim its associated rewards.
