This event lasts from May 15, 2025 to May 21, 2025. The basis of the event is that you get a limited event bait and use it to go fishing, which will allow you to catch the rare Lucky Tri-Color Fish. Consuming these fishies will, in turn, reward you with at least 100,000 Weapon Mastery Seals each time!

Lucky Golden Bait Fishing Event Guide | Catch the Lucky Tri-Color Fish
The first thing you need to do as part of this event is to collect some Lucky Golden Bait. You can get some for free by just logging into the game from May 15 to May 21, 2025. This is the daily login reward list:

Aside from the daily login rewards, you can also craft Lucky Gold Paste Bait by talking to the Gold Paste Bait Crafters. They appear on the map as Event Crafting Merchants, as shown above. You can find them in Kastleton, Vienta Village, and Herba Village.
Talk to one of these merchants and you’ll be able to trade in 10 pieces of Paste Bait for 1 piece of Lucky Gold Paste Bait. You’ll also have to pay a fee of Sollant for the crafting, but it’s just a nominal fee. You can craft a total of 70 Lucky Gold Paste Bait pieces per character during the event.
If you can’t turn in the Paste Bait for crafting, make sure that it’s not equipped. Just find it in the inventory and click on it, then select “Unequip from All Equipment and Stats Sets.”
If you need more regular Paste Bait, you can buy chests containing 50 pieces from any Contract Coin Merchant. They cost 20 Contract Coins, and you can buy 1 per day. That translates to 5 Lucky Gold Paste Bait pieces per day!
Catching the Lucky Tri-Color Fish
Once you’ve acquired enough Lucky Gold Paste Bait for your liking, it’s time to go fishing! For the sake of finding the Lucky Tri-Color Fish, you can go fishing at any fishing spot you want. The Lucky Gold Paste Bait guarantees that you get that rare fish, no matter the spot.
Now, fishing for the Lucky Tri-Color Fish works the same as fishing for any other type of fish. So, make sure to check out our fishing guide for all the details. As a quick rundown, however, just make sure to equip any Fishing Rod you have and approach the fishing spot of your liking.
Then, make sure to select the Lucky Gold Paste Bait as your bait. You can change the current bait by clicking on the hook icon above your hotbar, shown above. Cast and then wait for a fish to bite, then press the prompt to Reel In when it appears.
One thing to note about the Lucky Tri-Color Fish is that it swaps directions pretty often. Remember to counter its movements to wear it down and finish reeling it in! If it goes left, drag to the right. If it goes right, drag to the left. Completing the minigame will catch 1 Lucky Tri-Color Fish and reward you with 2000 to 10000 Fishing EXP.
Now that you’ve caught the fish, you just have to find it in your inventory and use it. You can get the following rewards each time you use 1 Lucky Tri-Color Fish:
- Weapon Mastery Seal: 100,000 x1 – 50% Chance.
- Weapon Mastery Seal: 100,000 x2 – 40% Chance.
- Weapon Mastery Seal: 100,000 x10 – 10% Chance.
