Early in the game, you will find the All-Mother’s Shrine on a ruin at the beach near where you start off. Once you get to the highlighted part of the map image below, you will find a shrine with some lit candles and a carving of a mysterious lady on it.
Nearby is a corpse holding a letter to Aleous. Upon reading this note, you will learn about the ritual that you can perform at this shrine. Simply put, it says you will need a rose, some sage, and a feather. It is really that straightforward.

Best Spell Blade Build Guide in Tainted Grail: Fall of AvalonMay 13, 2026- Sage – Sage is found all around grassy areas, assuming you did not already pick any along the way. Just look for the bundles of purple flowers on the ground and go pick up at least one of them.
- Rose – Just like the previous one, roses can be found in bushes all around the nearby town or just outside it. One example is the spot where an NPC named Abigor hangs out. Just a few steps away from him, you will find at least one bush.
- Feathers – Feathers can be purchased from a blacksmith at the nearby town, or you can loot them off dead enemies. Outlaws who use bows are often going to have some on their body, so make sure to check enemies whenever you kill them!
Once you have all of the necessary items, just head back to the shrine and choose the “make an offering” option. This will reward you with the All-Mother’s Mercy Amulet.
It is a particularly useful item that will essentially revive you with all of your health back. Instead of actually dying, you will instead be healed back up in exchange for the amulet, which will be destroyed in the process.
