The Red Death skill tree is fairly small, as it doesn’t have many skills for you to learn. However, it does provide some extremely potent buffs that should work for every build. It includes things such as allowing you to cheat death and massively increasing your damage when you lose health. It’s definitely worth having!

Unlock Red Death Skill Tree in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon | Perinde Ac Cadaver Quest
To start this quest, go to the hospital near the center of Cuanacht city itself. Its rough location is marked on the map above. Find a man named Ignatius inside the hospital and talk to him. Accept the quest by saying you want a mark.

Next up, you need to go to the eastern part of the Cuanacht region to reach the Toll House, a fortress full of infected enemies. Reach the very bottom of the Toll House and you’ll find a mortally sick man known simply as The One. Speak to him and you’ll obtain three Marks of the Plague.
If The One bugs out and fails to spawn, try leaving the area and returning. Otherwise, close and relaunch the game. Either of these should refresh the area, which should fix the bug.
Now, it’s time to spread these Marks of the Plague. You’ll need to give one to Úna, who can be found in the downtrodden northeastern quarter of Cuanacht city. If you haven’t yet done her quest, we recommend doing so now before you give her the Mark of the Plague! You won’t be able to do them afterward.
Next up, give the second Mark of the Plague to Ignatius. He’ll still be in his bed at Cuanacht’s hospital, the same spot where the quest started. Once you do that, prepare yourself for combat and return to The One in the Toll House!
Where Am I!?
Deliver the final Mark of the Plague to The One and you’ll be transported to a bloody realm. It’s pretty straightforward, so you just need to follow the one path to the bottom to face the Plaguewraith boss.
This boss can be fairly dangerous if faced straight on, but it’s not really much of a threat if you remain careful. If you have summoning spells, using them can trivialize the fight by keeping it distracted. This works particularly well if you have ranged spells, of course!
When you’ve defeated the Plaguewraith, make sure to loot it for some goodies and then take the only exit available out of the area.
Continue down the only path available to go even further into the depths of the strange place you’re in and you’ll eventually meet a lady. Talk with her to find out who she is, as well as learn some key aspects of the game’s lore. We won’t give you any spoilers here, so just listen to what she has to tell!
As soon as the conversation ends, you’ll be teleported back to the Toll House. At the same time, you’ll get a message letting you know that you can now unlock and use the Red Death skills, concluding the “Perinde Ac Cadaver” quest in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon!
