7 articlesThe “Introducing: Traxus” contract is one of Marathon‘s earlier Priority contracts, but it has a few steps that catch players off guard. Starting with the terminal hack in Dire Marsh. You have three locations to choose from: Intersection, Complex and Bio Research. None of them have the terminal marked on your map until you get very close to it.
In this guide, I will cover all three terminal locations so you have options regardless of where you drop, and can get the hack done without wasting time searching the wrong buildings. Let’s get started!
Guide on Hack Terminal at Intersection, Complex or Bio Research Contract
To complete the first part of the Introducing: Traxus contract, you only need to hack the terminal at one of the three locations in Dire Marsh. For the completeness of this guide, I will cover all three locations but I recommend going with either Intersection or Bio Research as they are the easiest.
Intersection
Let’s first get started with Intersection. Head on over to the location I have marked in the image below.

Upon reaching there, you will find a cyan colored building. Go inside this building and move on to the second floor. At the end of the room, you will find the terminal which you need to hack.
Bio Research
If you want to hack the terminal at Bio Research instead then make your way to the location I have marked below.
When you get there, you will have to defeat the enemies and clear the area before moving on with the contract. Once you do that, head inside the main building and you will find the terminal right near the door. Interact with the terminal to hack it.
Complex
I found the terminal at Complex the hardest to reach since it is located outside the third floor. If you spawned close to Complex and want to complete the contract here then head on over to the area I have marked in the image below.
Once you get there, climb the ladder located on the right side of the main Complex building. From there, head straight until you reach the main room. Inside the main room, you need to take the stairs to the second floor. And then from the second floor to the third floor.
On the third floor, you will find a door that leads outside to the balcony. On the left side of this balcony, you will find the terminal. Simply interact with the terminal to hack it and begin the next part of the contract. Now I know this sounds very confusing but don’t worry, check the video down below for more clarity.
Wrapping Up
That covers all three terminal locations for the first step of the Introducing: Traxus contract. Intersection and Bio Research are the easier options if you spawn close to them, those two will save you the extra climbing that the terminal at Complex requires.
With the hack finished, the contract immediately shifts gears into an HVT hunt. You’ll need to locate and eliminate a UESC Commander in the area to secure their shipping manifest before time runs out. Get ready for some action!
