Yes. You saw that right. To make this mission survivable, we recommend taking advantage of the Custom difficulty setting. Scroll to the Mission Modifiers drop-down and change Damage Received from Enemies to 50% and Damage Dealt to Enemies to 150%.
2. Meat Grinder
This is a strategy that involves using some soldiers as decoys for your grenadiers. The grenadiers need to get a chance to throw their grenades here.
It will take some time (and maybe multiple tries) to get this to work.
First Attack
Start the first phase of the attack by sending a grenadier to attack enemies at the top right portion of the map.
If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to take out a car during this phase of attack too. Send a grenadier in silent mode and throw a grenade in the area indicated above.
A car should approach the area after the initial grenade. If you’re fast, you should be able to throw another grenade in the area to destroy the car.
Park this grenadier over here after you destroy the car.
Second Attack
In this second phase, take your other grenadier and make sure there’s a medic behind him. Send your remaining soldiers into these positions. These soldiers will act as meat shields while you position your grenadiers.

This position is important because this troop of enemies needs to die at once. Use your other grenadier (the one with the medic behind him) and throw a grenade here:
Third Phase
This is the tricky part of the attack. Once your grenadiers release their grenades, pull them back and away from enemy fire. Park your first grenadier in his original spot, and once both grenadiers have thrown their grenades, pull everyone back.
Ideally, you should also destroy the heavy machine gun, but if you don’t (as pictured above) you can use your medic to revive your damaged grenadiers and throw another grenade. Storm with the regular soldiers as meat shields and send your grenadier in for the final blow.
After everything has been cleared, regroup all surviving soldiers and heal everyone. This should be the end of this mission. Congratulations! You’ve lived to see another day.
